I believe for EVERYONE, feeling good and being able to live our best lives comes down to being able to. And the only way to is to be at our best. We have only one life to live, and only ONE BODY during this journey. Isn’t it worth investing in? If you take care of your body it’ll carry you well.
So, welcome to my new blog.
I decided to start this blog because I felt I wanted to share the knowledge I have come across to empower us to take care of our health and achieve our goals. As a medical doctor by profession, health is an important cornerstone towards preventing, managing and treating numerous illness.
I myself have had a rocky start with my own fitness journey which began seriously during medical school and after many years I have gotten to a level I find sustainable for my own often-busy life yet affordable and enjoyable enough that I could see myself doing well into my 50s and 60s.
I also do know there is alot of bogus and just plain wrong information out there on how to achieve your own fitness goals, so I’m hoping to share with you what I have learnt and found working in my own journey and hopefully inspire you to cherish your own health and improve it in whichever way you desire in a way that is simple and sustainable.
